Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a full time Consultant Psychiatrist to work within our award winning CAMHS service, Ash Villa, Sleaford. 

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) published its report on the comprehensive inspection of our services in April 2017 and we are pleased to report we have improved our overall rating to Good. 

LPFT are proud to confirm that our specialist community child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) once again received an Outstanding rating for our commitment to young people and families, and this was supported by direct feedback the CQC received from young people and their carers. Community services for older adults, older adult inpatient, rehabilitation wards, Ash Villa, crisis teams and forensic inpatient were rated Good for the overall standard of care they provide. 

We are officially recognised as one of the best mental health Trusts to work (HSJ Top 120 2015) and recognised as the best place to train by our trainees within the East Midlands Region (Annual GMC survey 2015and 2016). We have been awarded regionally nationally for our work one quality and diversity, patient safety and community partnerships. Enhancing innovation, research and clinical effectiveness is a key area for development and we are particularly seeking individuals who can lead in the delivery of National Institute for Health Research (NIHR). We are looking for people whocan work proactively to provide safe and effective facilitation to support a wide range of national studies, ensuring that staff and patients have every opportunity to participate – giving local people a national voice. 

The Trust has an active and successful research department. We deliver an impressive portfolio of National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) clinical trials across the county, covering all areas of clinical care. A team of NIHR funded delivery staff support this work. The Trust has established a strong track record for delivery of industry trials and was highly praised by CQC for our commitment to dementia research. We are a partner organisation of NIHR Clinical Research Network East Midlands (CRN EM) and the Lincoln Institute for Health, University of Lincoln.
