NHS Forth Valley seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is prepared to contribute to the development of Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal trauma services in NHS Forth Valley. The successful applicant will be part of a team of Orthopaedic Surgeons and will share responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive service in Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Trauma Surgery. The trauma commitment is currently a 1 in 8 rota with a trauma fortnight commitment. This post is for individuals with a predominant interest in orthopaedic trauma and foot and ankle specialty. 

Applicants will be expected to have a wide range of experience in all aspects of Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Trauma Surgery. Possession of the FRCS (Trauma & Orthopaedic) or equivalent is essential. Applicants must be on the Specialist Register or be within 6 months of the anticipated award of a CCT or CESR(CP) at the time of interview.
