Consultant Paediatric Ophthalmologist
Hours p/w: 40 Hours
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant in Paediatric Ophthalmology at Moorfields South.
The post is based in the Moorfields South Division: Moorfields at St George’s Hospital and Moorfields at Croydon. There are 10 programmed activities of which 7 provide direct clinical care.
The post-holder will be responsible for leading the paediatric service across the Moorfields South Division. The post holder will work with the multidisciplinary team providing ophthalmic care at the Moorfields at St George’s and Moorfields at Croydon sites.
The holder of this post is required to be fully registered with the General Medical Council and hold a License to Practise and be an appropriately subscribed member of a registered professional defence organisation.
Candidates should have completed their Specialist Training in Ophthalmology, have their Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or equivalent, or be within six months of their CCT date.
