Clinical Fellow Posts (Trauma, Simulation and Teaching) in Emergency Medicine
Commencing August 2017
We require enthusiastic, motivated and innovative individuals to work with us in the Emergency Department in the stunning county of Cornwall. These exciting 12 month posts offer an 80:20 split of clinical: fellow time with an opportunity to increase your experience in Emergency Medicine, as well as allowing personal development. These opportunities are the ideal step up to an Emergency Medicine Specialty Doctor position or higher training application. These posts include a generous study budget to undertake all 3 local ATLS, ALS and APLS courses if required.
Your eight hours of non-clinical time each week would enable you to attend our dedicated weekly EM training programme incorporating in-situ simulation training, USS masterclasses and up-to-date guideline presentations in addition to developing your own skills and interests within the field of Emergency Medicine. There are opportunities to get involved as a trauma, simulation or teaching fellow, or indeed lead on quality improvement projects within the Emergency Department.
