Applications are welcome for a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology working 10 sessions per week at Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary which is available immediately. The post-holder will be working a non-resident on-call rota and will be expected to undertake a mixture of general gynaecology and obstetrics duties. Opportunities will be available to develop special skills and be involved in specialist services.

Annual delivery rate is approximately 1300. The successful applicant will join an enthusiastic team of 5 consultants, 1 Associate Specialist, 1 Teaching Fellow, 3 other Specialty Doctors and 3 trainees, who provide a range of specialist services and excellent educational opportunities in a beautiful area of south west Scotland.

Prospective candidates will require to be on the GMC Specialist Register and will hold a CCT or be within 6 months of obtaining the certificate.
