PHE North West is seeking to appoint a highly experienced senior public health professional to lead our healthcare public health function and contribute as a member of our Senior Management Team. This role has significant management responsibility encompassing the Centre’s healthcare public health team who deliver the functions devolved to PHE from the Secretary of State and the functions that PHE undertakes from
national guidance and in agreement with local partners.

To succeed, you will need strong operational, change and relationship management skills. You will have experience of working at a very senior level in public health and have a good understanding of local government and the NHS.
