Be part of something special
In the heart of Yorkshire
Every one of our 8000 staff at the Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust plays a vital role in providing quality care to thousands of people living across Wakefield and North Kirklees each yer
We’re proud to say that our hard working, talented and dynamic workforce is our greatest asset. If you are a dynamic, innovative forward thinking clinician who would like to make a significant contribution to the Trust then you could become part of the team.
We can offer a supportive working environment -in first class facilities - where excellence and innovation is valued and celebrated; by providing excellent training and development opportunities, and by offering a comprehensive package of staff benefits. The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust is a large multi-site Trust and we are completing the final stages of our ambitious programme to reconfigure services in line with leading national and international care delivery models.
If this sounds like something that you would like to be part of then the following role may be perfect for you.
We welcome applications from dynamic individuals with demonstrable skills and experience in urogynaecological and gynaecology procedures.
The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the existing team.
We have joint MDTs with urology and colorectal surgical colleagues. As a result of this relationship we offer a very comprehensive range of interventions for both incontinence and prolapse. The appointee would contribute to the female continence, pelvic floor and prolapse surgery service. We are an associate teaching Trust with Leeds University therefore an interest in education, research and innovation would be advantageous and encouraged.
We have state of the art, high fidelity, surgical simulation training facilities onsite. If you have an interest in delivering high quality gynaecological care then this is the role for you.
