Consultant Psychiatrists in Crisis Response Home Treatment Teams

Access and Treatment Services:
We have the rare opportunity of two Consultant Psychiatrist positions, one each in two of our Crisis Response Home Treatment Teams (CRHTT’S).
Position 1, Consultant Psychiatrist, 10 PA’s (Full time), Sunderland CRHTT:
This is an established substantive consultant post with the Sunderland CRHTT. You will join an experienced and well-regarded locality service working with another full-time Consultant Psychiatrist as part of a skilled and experienced multi-disciplinary team. This service in Sunderland has won many accolades and plaudits for its innovative work over the last 4-5 years in enhancing the accessibility and responsiveness of acute/ urgent community-facing services. We have recently gone through Royal College HTAS accreditation (pending award) with very positive feedback about the service and its achievements.
Position 2, Consultant Psychiatrist, 10PA’s (Full time) Northumberland CRHTT:
This is a new substantive consultant post with the Northumberland CRHTT. You will join an experienced and well-regarded locality service. You will join another full time and two part-time Consultant Psychiatrists working as part of a skilled and experienced multi-disciplinary team. The service has gone through recent transformation to enhance the accessibility and responsiveness of its acute/ urgent community-facing services. The team has recently gone through Royal College HTAS accreditation (pending award) with very positive feedback about the service and its achievements.
Both posts come with the opportunity of working additional PA’s through contribution to the locality 7-day rota.
