At IMH, providing patient care is at the heart of what we do, and we don’t want to stop there. We currently have a Clinical Director role available in Basingstoke, Hampshire. 

As a Clinical Director in Basingstoke, you’ll spend 3-4 days per week in practice caring for patients and 1-2 days with Clinical Leads and Operations Managers at up to in your area. As well as providing strong clinical leadership and governance, you’ll help them to develop innovative services, deliver clinical excellence and get the best out of their teams.

An ambitious GP with clinical leadership experience gained in modern primary care, you should have a good understanding of medical management and clinical assessment. Passionate about driving improvements and delivering patient-focused care, you should also be commercially astute, a confident communicator and a relationship builder who can drive change and bring new ideas to life.

Practice Profile

  • The Rooksdown Practice clinical skill mix consists of Salaried General Practitioners, ANP's and Practice Nurses
  • Patient list size of around 6500
  • The Rooksdown Practice is open 8:30am - 6pm Monday - Friday
  • Additional/enhanced services offered
  • EmisWeb clinical system
