Consultant Medical Salary: (£76,001 - £102,465 per annum) or Agenda for
Change band 8d (£66,582 - £82,434 per annum)
Permanent, Full-time (10 programmed activities per week) or 37.5 hours (Agenda for change).

Base: With NHS England at Victoria House, Fulbourn, Cambridge
We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and innovative individual to the role of Consultant in Public Health: Specialised Commissioning: They will provide professional public health (population healthcare) leadership, advice and support to the specialised commissioning team within the NHS England Local Office. It includes providing input to the annual commissioning cycle and ensuring health improvement is a key outcome of the process. The post-holder will also provide public health advice and support to national commissioning activities and functions.
In addition, they will ensure engagement across clinical pathways by developing strong links with Clinical Commissioning Groups and Local Authorities.
The successful individual will join a dedicated and committed healthcare public health team and will bring professional credibility and robust leadership to engage, support and develop their public health offer to the NHS and Local Government.
