Sutton and Merton Complex Needs Service (5PAs) and Wandsworth Complex Needs Service (5PAs)

We are seeking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic Consultant Psychiatrists in Medical Psychotherapy for these part-time (5PA) posts with the Sutton and Merton Complex Needs Service based at the Wilson Hospital, Mitcham, and the Jubilee Health Centre, Wallington; and the Wandsworth Complex Needs Service, based at Springfield Hospital in Tooting. The services provide DBT and MBT for patients with a diagnosis of Personality Disorder in the 3 boroughs.

The post-holder(s) will work alongside an established 5 PA Consultant in each of the teams, and be jointly responsible for running the MBT programme, providing medication reviews and CPA across the service and for the provision of psychotherapy training for core and higher psychiatry trainees. The two posts could be combined into one 10PA post.
