The Neurosciences Directorate at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking to recruit a locum ST3+ Specialist Registrar in Neurology. 
The West London Neurosciences Centre, serves a population of ap-proximately 2.2 million people living in the North West Thames region. It incorporates the departments of Neurology, Stroke, Rehabilitation, Neurosurgery, Neurophysiology, Neuropsychology and Neuropathology and has close links with the academic departments at Imperial College.

This post would be ideal for motivated, enthusiastic candidate wanting to gain experience in both general and sub-specialty Neurology, within Central London. The post involves care of neurology inpatients, a multitude of sub-specialty outpatient clinics, acute neurology liaison service and weekly academic and neuro-radiology meetings. The post holder would be expected to participate in the on-call rota: non-resident neurology (1:19) and resident thrombolysis (1:17).

Full Registration with a licence to practice with the General Medical Council and MRCP (or equivalent) is essential. Neurology experience within the NHS, preferably at registrar level, is desirable.

This post is not a formally approved training posts, but the post holders will have Consultant led Educational Supervision and will be supported in their professional development.
