Make a career-defining move with SASH Together, we’re stronger
When you join Frontier Pathology in East Surrey Hospital in Redhill, you can expect a warm welcome. That’s not just because of our incredibly friendly staff, but because your experience will be genuinely appreciated in this progressive team. Our pathology department has recently experienced increasing demands on its clinical microbiology and management of infection services – so we’re expanding the team with a newly-created role. As such, you will be joining at an incredibly exciting time in which you will have the scope to shape the future of our capabilities.
Working in a team of three other Consultants, a registrar, four infection control nurses and an antimicrobials pharmacist, you will be encouraged to take a lead role in a key area - such as Antimicrobial stewardship, Infection Prevention & Control, Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy Services, and Multi Disciplinary Team service development. Supported by cutting-edge technology in a planned new laboratory build, and working in collaboration with our partners in the Department of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases at Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust and Brighton and Sussex Medical School, we’ll encourage you to pursue your interests –including academic and research.
So, if you have the experience, appetite and qualifications (including Certificate of Completion of Training in Medical Microbiology & Virology (MMV) or joint MMV & Infectious Diseases) required to thrive in a role of this quality, then take the first step towards a dynamic new stage in your professional life. Together we can achieve anything.
