An Opportunity for a General Medicine Specialty Doctor, or Associate Specialist who is serious as we are about providing excellent quality of care and future career progression

The Jersey contract: £41,083 to £75,004 (Staff Grades) and £60,747 to £92,825 (Associate Specialists). This post currently attracts 14 PAs, and an on call availability supplement of 2% for working a 1:10 Acute Medicine on call rota a total salary scale of £92,825 - £131,811 for AS’s (dependent upon experience).

We are looking for a Staff Grade or Associate Specialist in Acute Medicine and or with interests in Respiratory Medicine and/or care of the Elderly Medicine. You will join a small specialty team consisting of one Consultant and a junior doctor, joining a larger Acute Medicine team. You will be the lynchpin of your specialty team in which you will be encouraged to fully develop specialty skills and research interests in a very friendly and relaxed environment.

Full travelling expenses are paid from a UK port of entry, with a generous relocation package available and the appointee may take advantage of Jersey taxation policies. The post attracts residential qualifications and Jersey has excellent affordable private education for children. Under Jersey Law, applicants must possess FULL registration with the General Medical Council and hold a licence to practise.
