With the ongoing expansion of Intensive Care services at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, unique opportunities now exist to gain experience in Intensive Care Medicine in the setting of a large London teaching hospital.

2x Junior Clinical Fellows posts in Intensive Care Medicine –
Royal Free Hospital only August 2017 – Feb 2018
We would welcome candidates from a wide variety of clinical backgrounds including Medicine, Anaesthesia, and Accident and Emergency. Airway skills are not specifically required and therefore these posts would be ideal for any candidate wishing to gain experience in intensive care medicine (ICU) and the recognition and management of the critically ill patient. Previous ICU experience is not required. You will be well supported by our dedicated ICU Consultant team of 16 consultants.
Those who accept positions that rotate to the Royal London Hospital will gain experience of the management of major trauma at a world famous centre. The Royal Free is a tertiary referral centre for liver transplantation, hepatobiliary surgery, vascular surgery and infectious diseases. The Royal Free Hospital and the Royal London Hospital Intensive care Units are both recognised for training at all levels of intensive care – advanced, intermediate and basic.
