You are a leader who wants to take their team with them; convincing them to come on the journey towards excellence with you. You thrive in a clinically led environment, with demonstrable experience in a clinical leadership role. You will be a practising consultant and we can offer you the ability to combine your leadership role with that of remaining a practicing clinician in a number of specialisms including for example A&E, Elderly Medicine, Respiratory, Acute Medicine or Cardiology.
About the role
This is a key role leading the Medicine divisions’ success and as such you will be accountable to the Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for all medical and non-medical staff within the division; ensuring that the Division is delivering safe, high quality care to the Patients who use our services. It is a wide ranging portfolio and you will receive support and development to enable you to fulfil your potential and make a real difference to our services, our staff , our patients and our community to whom we commit to delivering the best possible care.
