We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Elderly Care Consultant to join our friendly and enthusiastic team.
The successful candidate will join other substantive Consultants in providing the highest quality care possible for older patients across our three hospital sites and the respective communities of Wakefield and North Kirklees.
You will be joining a very proactive team at a time of great opportunity as the trust develops new exciting innovative models of care for older people including the development of frailty models across both sites. If you are interested in acute Elderly medicine, more conventional Elderly care, orthogeriatrics, community medicine or a mixture of any of the above, then this is your opportunity to fashion a job plan that is best suited to your needs.
