The Trust provides a full range of local mental health services to the London Boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Hounslow as well as specialist forensic mental health services, including high secure services at Broadmoor Hospital. We are looking to appoint a part time locum Consultant in occupational Medicine, pending recruitment to the substantive post. We are seeking someone to help to deliver our H&WB strategy, as well as providing clinical leadership for our team.
The department is SEQOHS accredited, with a multidisciplinary team delivering a wide range of occupational health services including physiotherapy and staff counselling.
To be considered, applicants should promote the highest clinical standards to ensure excellent service provision, demonstrate passion for staff H&WB, and have an up to date knowledge of best practice and legislation in health and wellbeing and safety. Experience of working in an NHS department is highly desirable.
Applicants should have established skills in Occupational Medicine and should possess MFOM/FFOM (or equivalent) and be included on the Specialist Register or within 6 months of CCT at the time of interview, if currently within a training programme within the UK. In accordance with the consultant appointment regulations, all other categories of doctors must be on the Specialist Register.
The salary scale for this post is £76,761-£103,490 per annum pro rata plus London Zone weighting of £2,162 per annum pro rata
