An opportunity to draw on your substantial experience, strengthening your own expertise on some of the most difficult clinical problems in the country, while helping shape the way we deliver our forward-thinking, holistic services.
As the UK’s leading charitable provider of specialist mental healthcare, St Andrew’s is unlike traditional independent providers. With no shareholders, we can reinvest any surplus into growing our specialist services, building state-of-the-art facilities, developing our staff and providing truly individual care.
Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you will oversee the management of patients with complex mental disorders. You will be able to promote innovation and improvement of services and there will also be a strong research and teaching element to the roles. With scope to develop your specialist interests and grow your remit and responsibilities, we will actively encourage you to be a leader nationally in mental health and influence the future direction of services.
You will have MRCPsych or equivalent, and must hold a CCT in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry, Rehabilitation Psychiatry, Old Age Psychiatry or General Psychiatry.
