As part of our succession planning for the Director of Operations, this brand new development role will give the successful applicant the opportunity to make their mark and contribute to a successful Ambulance Trust.

Our Deputy Director of Operations must be someone who is able to provide strategic leadership to the operations directorate whilst delivering high quality patient care.

We require someone who is both resilient and reliable; has stamina and is capable of managing a diverse and complicated portfolio.

The candidate will be part of a large directorate with front-line responsibilities and demands.

We seek someone with excellent operational management skills, who is forward thinking, shows initiative and can demonstrate working at a senior level in a similarly complex health care environment.

You must possess intellectual gravitas and the ability to build strong relationships with both individuals and external stakeholders.
