Consultant in Transplant, Organ Retrieval and Vascular Access Surgery
A whole-time post as consultant in Transplant, Organ Retrieval and Access Surgery is available now at the Churchill Hospital. This is a replacement post.
The Department of Surgery has a national and international reputation for the quality of its services. It is recognised as a centre of clinical excellence and innovation. The Oxford Transplant Centre has a growing and successful transplant programme. The postholder will be at the forefront of transplant developments in the UK through engagement in new schemes including, particularly, intestinal transplantation, whilst also making a substantial contribution to the established pancreas and kidney transplantation and multi-organ retrieval programmes.
