Applications are invited for a Consultant Radiology post at the Wye Valley NHS Trust (WVT).
A full time (10 PAs) Consultant post is being advertised. The post is intended to be wholetime, but applications would be considered from candidates wishing for personal or domestic reasons to work part-time and the programme modified accordingly.

Specialist training in the following areas would be preferred: musculo- skeletal radiology, nuclear medicine (with ARSAC licence), breast, head and neck radiology but a general radiologist with broad expertise in cross sectional imaging is welcome to apply and the trust would support the professional development.
The post holders will be expected to participate in the on-call rota which will be a minimum of 1 in 8. There are facilities to view images at home when on call. A night reporting system is currently in place between 2200 – 0800 daily which makes the duty less onerous.
