The Brief


Acre Surgery is a GP practice based in Northwood, Middlesex - London. They were looking to recruit 2-3 Salaried GPs covering a various number of sessions. They were aware of the challenging recruitment environment and wanted to get it right!


The Solution


Working closely with Acre Surgery, our expert BMJ Careers team put together a comprehensive print and online campaign to maximise the response from our circulation of 30,837 GPs and primary care professionals and 172,341 jobseeking doctors online. In addition to the standard print advert and online listing we advised that a Reach Package should also be included. This online enhancement comprised of: Top JobPremium Job and Homepage Featured Job puts the online listing in prominent positions across, driving an audience of relevant GPs through to the vacancy and helps cut through the noise of advertisers.


The Results

The results were very impressive - the online campaign was view on 339 occasions and this went onto deliver 11 applications from quality candidates.
